    Original letter and typed transcript, which includes typed excerpt of Aug. 25th, 1873 letter. Written in Lansingburgh, New York. He will be here next two Sundays to administer baptism & holy supper. Criticizes the Trustees' decision to revise the translations of Swedenborg's Writings, their choice in translators and their "Instructions to the Revisers". Insists on the need for "sound New Church Theologians" in this work. Remarks on Chandler's magazine account of the Convention and the Scammon resolution.
