    Original letter. Written in Pittsburgh. Seeks to fill a couple of teaching positions in the Pittsburgh New Church High School - Belles Lettres and Mathematics. Salaries. Mentions that they have just recently built a new high school building and the proposal to build a new church in Allegheny. Bemoans leaving his Egyptian inkstand at Chandler's. Relays the news of the recent wedding, and how nice the new books (of the Writings) look in their library. "It was the best wedding I was ever at - just the best." The couple was baptized first, and "mean to be New Church to the core".
